Massage of the baby enables proper blood circulation and strengthens the immune system in babies. Massaging the baby for 15 minutes daily can strengthen the muscles and joints of the baby. You can use baby oil, almond oil, or olive oil to massage on baby from head to toe in a circular direction. Massage on chest, hands, legs, foot, head, back in a circular direction with both your hands. Massaging also helps the baby to sleep well.
