- Then add milk to this mixture.
- Whisk it all together. Add milk if needed.
- Whisk it thoroughly and make a batter. Add a pinch of salt to this batter.

- Take muffin cups or cupcake mold and fill them 3/4th with this batter.

- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Take a mixing bowl and sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Take another bowl and add olive oil, and condensed milk, and whisk it well until smooth and fluffy.
- Next, add milk and vanilla essence and combine well.
- Pour this wet ingredient mixture into the dry mix and combine entirely to form a smooth batter.

- Bake them at 180 degrees Celcius for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg celsius.
- Take a missing bowl and place a sieve in it.
- Add almond flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and sieve them and mix them in the bowl.
- In another bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, vanilla essence, water and mix them homogeneously.
- Now pour and whist the wet mixture gradually stirring into the dry mix until all the batter is combined.
- Pour the cupcake mix and fill them 3/4th into cupcake liners or a greased molds and bake cupcakes for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup full-fat almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate completely either in a double boiler over a pan or a microwave.
- Keep aside for 5 minutes to allow it to cool.
- Add almond milk or coconut milk and whisk it using a hand mixer or a beater until smooth and fluffy.
- Add maple syrup or honey and combine until smooth.
- Place the bowl into refrigeration and chill the chocolate frosting for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes give a quick mix to frosting and add it into a piping bag.
- Spread it over your chocolate cupcakes and enjoy.
