Drink boiled fennel water to ease your period cramps. For this boil 2 cup water and add two tablespoons fennel seeds to it. Boil it until the color changes. It will take 8-10 minutes. Drink this twice or thrice a day to get relief from menstrual cramps. Fennel enables proper blood circulation. It relieves the pain in the urine and pelvic areas.
The black mustard powder reduces the discomfort and pain during periods. Add one cup powdered black mustard to a tub of water. Soak your feet in this mustard bath when you have severe period cramps. Mustard bath improves blood circulation from private areas to down towards your feet. Or, you can apply a mustard powder pack on your stomach before a shower and keep it till it dries.
